The current situation presents us all with massive challenges.
We would like to reassure you that both Contacto Limited in the UK and Contacto Bander GmbH, our parent company in Germany, are still operating, although many of us are having to work remotely. We have taken and continue to take all possible steps to ensure that we are still able to continue processing orders and make ourselves available to you should we be needed. All orders will currently be despatched directly from Germany, where, as in the UK, all hygiene and safe self distancing requirements are being followed.

Our distribution channels remain in tact so far, our stock levels are excellent and we are still in a position to continue to offer you a good service. We trust that although many are unable to at the moment, as many as possible in the foodservice and hotel industries will be in a position to rely on us once again as soon as possible.
